There's a ton of them that I don't remember off hand, but I remember the Cheers gang having a rather famous food fight in a Thanksgiving episode. I was watching Step By Step a couple of nights ago and the kids had a rather messy food fight.

I think a food fight has happened on just about every show in history. It's a classic scenario that always gets used.

Family Matters had a Food Fight episode i think from season 5 where Myra wants Laura to stay away from her nerdy man with a high voice mr urkel, the best scene was when Laura puts jello down Myra's boobs lol, anyway their arguments over Steve Urkel leads to a amazing food fight at their high school, i like the way Steve Urkel said the word Fooood Fight lol.
