Characters Full Names - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Throughout the series we learn the full names of Flo (Florence Jean Castleberry), Vera (Vera Louise Gorman), Mel (Melvin Emory Sharples), and Belle (Isabel Amanda Dupree), yet we never learn Alice's full name. She's just "Alice Hyatt". Do they even reveal her maiden name?

I thought Alice's maiden name was mentioned in the episode where her mother came to visit, I thought someone refered to her as "Mother....~something~" But I can't remember what it was.

I don't remember her middle name (if it was ever given) but her maiden name is Spivack.

Doris Roberts played her mother, and her name was Mona Spivak, so yes that would be her maiden name.

Yes, her maiden name was Graham in the movie, and Spivak in the TV series.
