Was Andrew Koenig Gay? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

OK, this has been a curious question bugging me off and on for several years.

As we both know, Andrew Koenig took his own life at age 41 in February 2010 and was found dead 11 days after being last seen alive (and 3 days after being reported missing on February 22, 2010).

Ive always wondered if Andrew was gay, considering he never married, though unconfirmed reports after his Suicide state he had an infant son named AJ.

If Andrew was gay, did his Homosexuality, as well as the Stigma attached to it, attribute to his taking his own life?

These are all curious questions.

I'm not married, and I have always been straight. Plus, gay marriage is allowed in 15 states as of this writing. I predict that eventually, ALL 50 states will make it possible.

Last year, I predicted that my state, California, would legalize it and marijuana. Looks like I was half-right.

I honestly don't know what his sexual orientation was, but his never having been married isn't an answer.

Regarding any "stigma" over being gay, I don't think that it's considered a big deal in more metropolitan areas, especially in the entertainment industry.
