Why come Cory never got to be friends with Angela,jack and Rachel

We barely ever got to see Cory have full interesting conversations with Angela and jack and Rachel most of the scenes were done with his brother eric, i thought the producers should have added more with time cory and those 3 characters from seasons 5-7

I think the idea was that Angela, Jack, and Rachel were supposed to be Eric's group of friends the way Shawn and Topanga were Cory's group. So Cory did spend much time with them just as Eric didn't spend much time with Shawn and Topanga.

Yeah their were even episodes where Angela tells cory they were never friends and he gets offended and tries to do everything in the book to try to win her friendship, another episode is where they are playing jokes on each other and Jack and Rachel mention that cory and the gang are not their friends.

That was just the point of that two-part episode. They addressed those issues there and affirmed that all of them were friends. However, Cory had been friends with Shawn and Topanga much longer (and they were in his age range)- and of course, Angela was Shawn's girlfriend, so they were certainly friends with her too.
The reason Angela paired with Jack and Rachel in that prank war is that they considered themselves the newcomers to the group (which they were, honestly) but they didn't really feel totally accepted.
In any case, the episode resolved that and the whole group is friends. Even so, I would say Jack and Rachel are more Eric's friends, since they are all in the same age range. But they still hang out with Cory, Shawn, Topanga and Angela too.

Cory tried to be friends with Angela but even when they became friends they still never spoke to each other i guess her sassy personality was too much for a nice person like cory, cory tried to be friends with jack but jack was into body building and studying for his exams, cory hardly ever spoke to rachel i guess she was too tall and they had nothing in common.
