Why Does the winslow home looks similar to the huxtables house - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Both of their houses look quite the same its strange how their houses are really close to their neighbors houses.

Do you mean the exterior of their houses? They do live in the city, Im not sure the name of the exact style of house, townhouses? Those are normally close together

The Winslow and Huxtable homes look nothing alike. The Huxtable's home was a New York City (Brooklyn) brownstone and the Winslow's lived in a regular house in Chicago. Also, the Winslow's house entrance was on the left while the Huxtable's entrance was on the right. The Winslow's staircase was on the left and the Huxtable's staircase was on the right. Also, their kitchens looked nothing alike. The Huxtable's kitchen looked just like the kitchen from Family Ties. So, I'm not sure why the OP thinks the Huxtable home and the Winslow home look alike. They are completely different in every way.

Yeah but the house from The Cosby Show looks like the fancy pint house from the Diff'rent Strokes.
