I always thought that the girls last name was Morgenstern, but I was watching the "You Deserve A Break Today" episode earlier tonight and Brenda's name plate at the bank said "B. Morgenster" and later on in the restaurant it sounded like the waiter was saying "Morgenster."

Her last name was Morgenstern. So, there probably wasn't enough room on the nameplate.
