Could Steve use transformation chamber to turn old people into young people

I was watching part 2 from season 6 called To Be or Not To Be and the end tag scene Estelle has a dream that she went into steve urkels laboratory in his house and she came out looking like a 30 year old woman, this is a good mystery i wonder if steve could have invented a way to make elderly people look younger by stepping into the transformation chamber, do you think steve urkel was a good enough scientist to make old folks younger by maybe drinking a potion or using a transformation chamber ???
