I would like to see a show where Archie and Edith were courting.

Or Archie fighting WWII. Archie meeting an Italian girl in the war and fell in love. Now.......maybe Archie was a handsome hunk them. But he was Archie after all.

Who would play Archie and Edith as 20 somethings? Maybe Kate Miccuci as Edith. But, no offense to Jean Stapleton, Kate Miccuci would be too pretty to be her. Archie? Dunno.

Interestingly, that was explored in the UK with the show that inspired AITF (Till Death Us Do Part.) A section of the feature film based on the show focused on Alf and Else's younger selves during the war.
