Any of you fine people remember the name of the episode that featured this exchange (many times) between Victor and a memory-challenged witness? I've always thought it was classic television, but other than a (possible) reference on "Southland", there doesn't seem to be much mention of it on the web.

The episode is called "The Bald Ones" and is from season 2 and currently on youtube. The man was played by Ralph Bellamy.:
