Most of these shows would never work in today's TV climate so I highly doubt they will be rebooted.

In todays politically correct environment I couldn't see shows like Daniel Boone or Gilligan's Island being done today as for the Brady Bunch it might.

I'm hoping none of them. I'm sorry, but I don't much trust TV show producers today to really be true to any of these classic TV shows anymore. (Movie adaptations of TV shows have proven that to me over and over again.)
There are some exceptions of course- I will say that there are some movie versions of TV shows, and in fact, new TV show series based on originals that have been good. For instance, the new "Hawaii Five-O" series seems to be one of the few new versions of an older show that is actually quite good.
But then we have many examples of TV show remakes that are not all that great- like the 2008 "Knight Rider" series, the 2005 "The Bionic Woman" series, the 2005 "Kojak" series, and most likely the 2013 "Ironside" series, etc.
The movies based on TV shows list could go on much longer and there would be few that I would consider to be good versions- I would mainly say the "Star Trek" movies have been good- basically because they reuse the same characters from the TV show and same actors and actresses- and they're true to the TV series.
I have also heard talks of a MacGyver movie and I hope it would be true to the TV series- I am sure I would see it regardless out of curiousity and because it's one of my all time favorite shows- but as a MacGyver fan, I definitely want to see Richard Dean Anderson reprise the role in a serious manner- otherwise, don't bother to do it at all. If I want to see a parody of it, I can watch Richard Dean Anderson's 2007 SuperBowl commercial for MasterCard where he reprised his MacGyver role or the "MacGruber" sketches on "Saturday Night Live" [where Richard Dean Anderson also reprised his MacGyver role again]. (Some of which, I'll admit, are quite funny. The movie is horrible though- I haven't seen that, but the trailer was enough to convince me of that.)

The 1985 Twilight Zone was very well done with some episodes being as good as those from the original series while the 2002 UPN version was a huge disappointment. If a 4th series is released I'll give it a chance but I'm not getting my hopes up.

From what I know of them, I would agree with that. "The Twilight Zone" is another good example- but for the most part, it seems like successful revivals of older shows are the exception and not the rule.
However, I do remember watching the late '80s revival of "Mission: Impossible" and I think it was a great revived version of the '60s classic. (which is great too, of course.) And "Hunter" also is a great 1980s show that got a revival in the early 2000s. Of course, in the case of both shows, the same casts were maintained for the most part and that always makes a big difference as to whether the show is really good or not. (In my opinion, maintaining the original cast is always a good thing, particularly if they're reprising their roles in a serious manner and not just there to do a cameo where they parody their roles or something.)
