Charles "Chachi" Arcola (Happy Days)- "Wa wa wa!"
Vincent "Vinnie" Barbarino (Welcome Back, Kotter)- "What?", "Where?", "Why?", ["When?", "Who?", etc.] and "I'm so con-fused!" and "I'm Vinnie Barbarino." [and he would also sing a little song with his name, "Ba-ba-ba-Ba-ba-ba-Barbarino."] and of course, "Up your nose with a rubber hose!" [But other characters used this phrase in the course of ranking, of course.]
Freddie "Boom Boom" Percy Washington (Welcome Back, Kotter)- "Well, I don't happen to have it here...han-dy". and "Hi there!" and "Hey, Mister Kot-taire" [with a French-sounding accent]
Juan Luis Pedro Felipo de Huevos Epstein (Welcome Back, Kotter)- "I've got a note from my mother." (and Gabe Kotter would read the excuse note out loud to see that it's "Signed, Epstein's mother".)
Arnold Horshack (Welcome Back, Kotter)- "Ooh, ooh! Mr. Kotter!" and "Hello. How are ya? I'm Ar-nold Hor-shack." (followed by his trademark laugh.) and "That was very impressive, Mr. Kotte-rrrr." and "G'ahead, G'ahead!"
Gabe Kotter (Welcome Back, Kotter)- "Did I ever tell you about my Uncle....?", etc. (- numerous "uncle" jokes at the start of each episode usually- His wife, Julie Kotter, would usually reply, "No, but you will.")

Julie Kotter (Welcome Back, Kotter)- "You love my tuna casserole." (To which Gabe Kotter would reply with something like, "No! You love your tuna casserole! Nobody puts prunes in a tuna casserole."- I'm not sure if this was really repeated a lot, but there was a running joke about Julie's tuna casserole.)
