Why come Steve Urkel character never did more urkel dances for the other seasons - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Season 2 where steve urkel impresses a bunch of kids at a party by doing a dance move that had the crowd following him, wouden't it have been better if the producers gave steve a chance to shine from seasons 3-9 where he dances and the people follow him ???

I expect the producers were worried that viewers would get sick of the Urkel dance if Urkel did it too often.

I dont think so The Urkel Dance could have been a major sucess, the funny thing is that the urkel dance that steve did seemed to attract laura closer to him in that episode she was even dancing to his moves lol.
