They play the full theme song! Not the syndicated one!!!

It's been forever since I heard the full theme (since I was a kid!)

This is refreshing. I'm so happy they put this show on.

ABC Family used the full theme when it ran Step by Step from the early 2000s to 2010.

I don't think they used the full season one theme. I only watched like a few episodes from season 1 on there though. And, that was years ago.

I want The Hub to get Full House now. So, they can air the original theme to that. (clouds as mean as you've ever seen...ain't a bird that knows your tune.)

Yes they did, I watched every ep on abc family and they used the full theme for every season. They did edit scenes out and never showed the ending theme/ tag scene though.

Thanks for letting me know. And, hopefully we'll get tag scenes for seasons 2-7 on the Hub as they do show the season 1 closing in full.

I haven't seen the show since it went off in the 90's and even though it's by the same people that produced Full House and Family Matters it's not as sappy as those shows.

So far I remember a few episodes being funny and I can't wait to see the later seasons when Christine Lakin started to blossom.

I'm not familiar with how edited the episodes are but I clearly remember a scene missing from the pilot episode when the Lambert's are moving in and Al goes to the girls bedroom that she'll be sharing making a funny comment.

Hmmm, the pilot was a syndicated print on the hub but the tv favorite dvd set featured the unedited pilot but there was no scene of her in the girl's room. I know it's unedited too because abc family edited different scenes out than the hub syndicated episodes but neither featured a scene at the barbecue when the families first meet where Ivy complains about eating outside because she gets bugs in her teeth. Penny asks why she doesn't chew with her mouth closed and Ivy tells her to talk with her mouth closed.

Wished I got Hub but I don't. So I'll have to settle with the eps some generous souls have left on You Tube. Also found a sampler DVD with 6 STS eps a while back. Fun show & love the cast.

I remember that scene clearly don't know why it sticks out maybe it was one of those clips used to promote the series during those ABC Fall Preview specials.

I'm really glad the ratings are doing well. I hope thy do at least 2 full cycles of the series before they switch the time slot or reduce the airings.

Hopefully, they will also add Perfect Strangers!
