There’s an Englishman in New York — and he’s there to guest-star on "The Michael J. Fox Show".

TVLine has learned exclusively that recording artist Sting is shooting a guest spot on NBC’s freshman comedy this coming week, appearing as himself a holiday-themed episode to air later this year.

Might the very special musical guest serve as the ultimate present for somebody? Series star Betsy Brandt recently told TVLine of the Christmas storyline, “For Annie and Mike it’s a throwdown, like, ‘Oh, I’m going to out-gift you!’ But it’s also very sweet.”
