Yeah, i agree with James Evans, especially when he would start to take his belt off. Now, you can't even whip your kid with your hand or they'll call the police on you. But back then, he was gonna whip his kids with a belt. Times sure have changed.

I don't really think Julius was that scary. His wife Rochelle was much scarier than he ever was.

I think Julius from Everybody Hates Chris was scary because he was strict and cheap and he had a bald head, we the viewers never got to see him get upset because chris never did anything bad enough to get him pissed-off like JJ did with James Evans lol.

James Evans from Good Times when he got angry he could scare away psychos like Jason Vorhees from the Friday The 13TH movies and Freddy Krauger from The nightmare on Elm Street films lol.

Rachel's father Dr. Green on Friends, he was scary when he was angry which was a lot. He really scared me when he confronted Ross for getting Rachel pregnant.

Jill's father on Home Improvement, he was a former military man and he could be really mean when confronted. Jill and Tim were so scared of him they couldn't even confront him about how bad his book was.

General Peterson on I Dream of Jeannie could be a scary guy sometimes. He was normally a pretty nice guy but when he was confronted he would yell and get angry. Even Dr. Bellows was afraid of him, mostly because of what Jeannie did.
