Who had the better voice in your theory Steve Q Urkel VS Screech Powers VS JJ Evans
OK the 3 diff'rent guy's i have mentioned above were considered the most annoying in Television History, Steve Urkel had an annoying high voice, screech powers from saved by the bell had an annoying cracking voice, JJ Evans from good times had an annoying loud mouth people all over the cabrini green neighborhood could hear his voice from miles away lol, my question is between the 3 TV character people which one had the better voice steve,screech or jj ???
