Brad Garrett To Guest on "The Crazy Ones"
"The Crazy Ones" Nabs Brad Garrett for Key Role -- EXCLUSIVE
by Sandra Gonzalez Sep 16, 2013 This casting is — pun intended — crazy good. EW has learned exclusively that Emmy Award winner Brad Garrett is slated to appear alongside Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar in at least two episodes of their forthcoming CBS sitcom "The Crazy Ones". On the show, Williams and Gellar play a father-daughter duo who work at a Chicago advertising agency, called Lewis, Roberts & Roberts. Garrett’s character will be the “Lewis” part of that equation. Robin Williams and Brad Garrett have previously appeared together in the Night at the Museum films. This will be their first small-screen appearance together. "The Crazy Ones" premieres Sept. 26 at 9 p.m. ET. http://insidetv.ew.com/2013/09/16/br...he-crazy-ones/ |

First Look: Brad Garrett Takes "The Crazy Ones" to New Heights
Oct 16, 2013 by David Hochman It's hard not to look up to Brad Garrett. Next month, the 6'8½" former "Everybody Loves Raymond" star joins CBS's "The Crazy Ones" in the recurring role of Gregory Lewis, the original partner of Simon Roberts (Robin Williams) in the ad agency — and the height jokes come quickly. "In their first scene together, Robin says it's like being in the shade of Mount Kilimanjaro," says executive producer Jason Winer, who describes Lewis as "gay, with a dry wit and comedically cranky." Gregory and Simon's first meeting is a memory that can't be unseen, says Winer. "It involves Robin's character being wasted, in his tightie-whities, somewhere in the snow on a very cold night in Chicago." If nothing else, it should make for a few big laughs. http://www.tvguide.com/News/Crazy-On...t-1072119.aspx |
