Okay... this one's not as easy as the other... Let's see... I'm going to guess...

Regan picking up her groceries from the floor when they fell out of her bag when she dropped it in the hallway?

Shoot. I don't think that's it. The other was easier. I got cocky.

Niles is taking Eddie for a walk with Martin after he betrayed Martin's trust by sending Eddie to a kennel but before Niles could get the leash on Eddie the elevator door opened and Eddie shot into the elevator and the door closed. I think that's it because of the trench coat and Niles looking down. Still don't know what that thing on the floor is though.

Another good guess.

That one was in my radar for this photo... Dang it, I should have said it... I should have said it up there at the first post when I said Regan and her groceries. There were only a few episodes where there was stuff on the floor in the hallway.
It's from Dial M for Martin, when Daphne was going to move out because Martin was getting better and everyone went nuts at the prospect of her leaving. I like that episode a lot, I think it's one of the first ones that really shows how much a part of the family Daphne really was before she was with Niles, and how much none of them actually realized it until she might leave. This is when Daphne "accidentally" tripped Martin in the hallway.
