Default "The Return Of Sammy"
I watched this episode tonight and Barney Hefner stated that he was there when Sammy kissed Archie. Then I went and watched the "Sammy's Visit" episode of All In The Family again and I noticed that Barney had left several minutes before Sammy kissed Archie.

Correct, the other cab driver who said he had brought his camera (the one that took the picture of Sammy kissing Archie) because he had run into Barney was there.
