Who do you knwo is a vegetarian? Or are you one yourself?

This one guy at my school is a vegetarian. He is such a picky eater. He won't eat anything that has meat in it or with meat. He likes to preach a lot on how to stay healthy and then he turns around and eats a bunch of Twix candy bars.

Yeah right! He is no health expert!

Ummm, I'm not one completely but I don't eat meat @ all. LOL! I'm trying to be one though. And one of my "friends" is.

I'm not and I don't know anyone that is either. I suppose living in a farm state (with LOTS of cows and pigs) might reduce the number of vegetarians around.

My roommate is! She's not a picky eater, but is very conscious of how animals are treated. I say, good for her.

I became a vegetarian for about 3 weeks. Then I had to quit. It was really hard not eating meat.

I'm a vegetarian. I only eat dairy products. Ever since I was a toddler, I've never been able to eat meat or seafood. Some people think I'm crazy or really picky, but I think it's possible to be allergic to animal products. I've never been able to eat meat or fish without becoming really sick.

I honestly want to be a vegetarian. I mean, how would yall like it if a giant cow ate you?? My parents won't let me though. They say it's not healthy.

I am not a vegetarian, though I very rarely eat meat. On the whole, I prefer veggies usually. I always get veggies on my pizza (my friends think I am insane and it always makes it difficult when we are ordering pizza together, because the only meat I'll eat on a pizza is pepperoni or ham, and they never wanna eat veggies! Dorks. They don't know what they are missing!)

I do eat meat though sometimes. I hate cooking meat though. I know it's weird, but I don't mind eating it once it's cooked, but I hate looking at it or handling it raw. And I can't stand eating it any other way than well done. How can someone enjoy a steak if it bleeds when you cut it? I just don't get that, it repulses me.

I don't really know anyone who's a vegetarian either. I took an animal rights class last qtr. and there were alot in there, but I didn't really know them. My former neighbor is a vegan, and he was fanatical. I mean he wouldn't even use certain soaps because they had animal fat in them, and I remember he couldn't eat M&M's because like one of the dyes or something has animal fat....

Me too. That's why I won't order steaks at a restaurant. Even if you tell them Well Done, it always has pink in the middle, and I'm so anal about the thing being completley pink free. I don't care if it's the lightest shade of pink known to man, I still won't eat it.
