"The Office‘s" Oscar Nunez is headed back into the workplace with a recurring role in Fox’s Chris Meloni-fronted family comedy "Surviving Jack", TVLine has learned exclusively.



Nunez will play Lon, the annoying, recently divorced next-door neighbor of Jack (Christopher Meloni) and Joanne (Rachael Harris), and the Vice Principal of Las Palmas High, the public school the couple’s two children attend.

Lon, who is needy and wears his emotions on his sleeve, has the opposite energy of Jack. But Jack is the only one around in the afternoon for poor Lon to talk to, so you see where this is going.



"Surviving Jack" is slated to bow at midseason.
