I think there's a cast member from every 1960's sitcoms that once appeared on I Love Lucy, The Lucy Show or Here's Lucy
My 3 Sons: William Frawley, Don Grady, Barry Livingston and Tina Cole all appeared on The Lucy Show, Fred MacMurray was on TLDCH and Beverly Garland appeared on Here's Lucy The Addams Family: Jackie Coogan (The Lucy Show) The Munsters: Al Lewis (Here's Lucy), Pat Priest, The Lucy Show. Others? I should add the 1950's and the 1970's, too. |

Alan Hale Jr., the Skipper from Gilligan's Island, appeared on both The Lucy Show and Here's Lucy.
Dick Sargent, Bewitched star (Darrin II beginning in the very late '60s), appeared on Here's Lucy. Barbara Eden of I Dream of Jeannie had appeared on I Love Lucy. (And according to her book, Desi was chasing her with a vengeance!) Bea Benadaret of Petticoat Junction also had appeared on I Love Lucy. Quote:

The Andy Griffith Show: Besides (as mentioned above) Andy Griffith and Don Knotts appearing on Here's Lucy; Parley Baer appearing on I Love Lucy, The Lucy Show, and Here's Lucy; and Jim Nabors appearing on The Lucy Show, Howard McNear appeared on I Love Lucy; Hall Smith appeared on both The Lucy Show and Here's Lucy; Paul Hartman appeared on The Lucy Show; Burt Mustin appeared on Here's Lucy; Howard Morris appeared on The Lucy Show; and Keith Thibodeaux appeared on I Love Lucy. There are probably others, as well. I'm thinking The Andy Griffith Show probably has a record number of regular cast members who also appeared on a Lucy sitcom.

[QUOTE=biffbronson]
Dick Sargent, Bewitched star (Darrin II beginning in the very late '60s), appeared on Here's Lucy. Another one is Mabel Albertson, who played Samantha's mother-in-law. Actually, it's seemed she played everyone's mother-in-law in the '60s and '70s! Anyway, she appeared on The Lucy Show, although not as a mother-in-law. |

I don't doubt it. For a chance to work with theee Lucille Ball, I bet many of them would have done it for nothing.
