Many (if not most) of you here remember Marc Price as Skippy on the hit 1980s sitcom Family Ties; I remember him, however, as a game show host via the Disney Channel original game show Teen Win, Lose or Draw.

Marc was born on February 23, 1966 (having turned 47 last February) in Oakland, New Jersey, USA, the son of Al Bernie (a Borsch Belt comic who died of Alzheimers in 2003, at age 83) and Joy Spivak (a stand-up comedienne).

At age 12, in 1978, Marc and his parents moved to Los Angeles, California so Marc could pursue a stand-up comedy career (which he eventually did and has been doing so since 1992), but in 1982, aged 16, acting came calling via the hit TV sitcom Family Ties, which he joined midway through the 1st season--and NEVER left, staying with the show for the rest of its successful 7-year run.

After Family Ties ceased production, Marc began a 3-year stint hosting the Disney Channel original game show Teen Win, Lose or Draw (created by Jay Wolpert and produced by Stone Stanley Productions in association with Walt Disney Television and Distributed by Buena Vista Television), a show I watched religiously as a 7-year old until Disney Channel took it off the air.

Since then, Marc has launched his own stand-up comedy career that he pursues to this very day, at age 47--and shows ZERO signs of slowing down.

Marc Price was born in 1968 not 1966. Multiple sources including websites and interviews have confirmed that. Macr Price is 45 not 47. He was 14 in 1982 when he started on Family Ties.
