Default excercise?

How often do you excercise?

What do you do to stay in shape, if you bother to, LOL.

As I've stated on this board, I spent most of my life overweight. It took me until I was out of high school to lose the weight. I stay in shape by eating right (naturally), jogging at least three times a week, and going to a gym regularly (though not as regularly as I should).

im normal-but i guess what i believe is normal is a little under weight...

but i am working with machines in the weight room....and right now i play hockey constantly

in the springtime my friend and I (shes an amazing hockey player) are going to rollerblade(gotta get over my fears eventually) which will strengthen our stride and a little help for our legs. There is a park she knows of which we are going to start jogging at to really strenghthen out leg muscels~~and during the spring I ride my bike a couple miles 3 times or so with my mother and then in the summmer it has been my mode of transportation and i love and praise my bike

i would say eat healthy but i like dont eat that much and when i do its junk which is bad on my part so i gotta change that

I don't do much. My diet isn't that great, but then what college student has the perfect diet? Not too many that I know of. I'm going to try to eat better next year. My apartment next year has a much bigger kitchen, so I'm going to start cooking more, which will hopefully be healthier than pre-packaged meals.

I would say I am at a pretty ideal weight right now, not too skinny not too fat. I could stand to loose maybe 10 pounds, but I'm not overly concerned about that.

The most exercise I get right now is from riding my bike around campus. I am going to work out a little this summer to try to increase my upper body strength and my grip strength, because I know from experience I will have to use both those when doing certain vet things or handling certain instruments, and I don't want to be the wimpy girl who has to get help with whatever I'm doing because I'm not strong enough.

I'm a little underweight but I do excersise alot so I don't become a pig I have PE and we have a treadmill in the garage, sometimes I'll turn my FOL tapes on and start watching them while I excersise. It's really fun though sometimes I'm on it for hours.

I've been felling fat lately got to loose that College Freshman 15 pounds. Well I put on my Jock Jams Cd and there are a couple songs on there that when I hear them I just got to get up and excersise so I've been lifting weights and doing set-ups and riding our excerise bike while I'm watching tv. But I really want to have good looking abs.

I get on a health-kick every once in a while and start doing sit-ups and press-ups and stuff. I'll usually do that every day for about a week before I get bored and revert back to lying around on the couch! I work in an office and I'm sitting down most of the day so I get very little excercise.
I don't eat a lot though and everything I do eat is just junk but I'm one of these lucky people who can eat nothing but peanut butter sandwiches and Kit-Kats and drink as much beer as I want and not gain weight. I'm actually underweight which I'm thankful for cos if nature wanted to be cruel I'd be about 200lbs by now!!

Well, I usually get a lot of my exercise in PE. We work on weight training, run on treadmills, ride bikes, and swim. Also, I swim laps a lot so that helps.

In the summer, every Tuesday there is a road race in the biggest park in Springfield, and I run in that. I don't know if skiing could be considered exercise, as it seems more of a leisure sport, but I ski and waterski a lot.

Well, aside from P.E., I excersise Monday through Friday and Saturdays I have my games. I don't have a balanced diet, but I work it off in the end.

I just started walking on my treadmill almost everyday. One day I got on the scale and realized I'd gained 10 pounds and thought, "This sucks!" so now I'm trying to walk it off to get back to what I weighed in high school. My freshman 15 came in my senior year.
