I'm really looking forward to the Cosby Show on Nick at Nite......well.....sort of. The problem, is that it is customary for Nick at Nite is to chop up their sitcoms to 22-23 minutes regardless of what they show. Don't expect the shows to be the same length that we remember from prime time. (or even syndication) Cosby Show IS family oriented and is a great show! But I'll bet that the episodes dealing with some of the sex/adult themes (i.e the one with Vanessa and her boyfriend with Cliff using the apples to illustrate how close they were in the car will be cut) N@N can't just leave well enough alone. I'll bet they will cut out stuff that TBS leaves in...we'll see!

Maybe what Nick at Nite will do is what they did with Cheers. Show an uncut marathon. Show the first couple of seasons uncut. Then abruptly switch to the edited versions. Also, they might skip a couple of seasons worth of episodes.
One thing to remember: if N@N screws with Cosby, it's still on 2 other cable channels that air 2 episodes a day during the week. |

Most likely you will see different scenes that TBS cuts out, and TBS will show some scenes Nick cuts out. If you put both together, maybe you can get it uncut, lol.

I think N@N should do what Toonami on Cartoon Network does. They show the cut versions, (if they cut at all) during the day, and un-cut at night, seems sensible to me. 'Course, I'm a blonde.
