Default "Hoo-ah" forget which episode

There's a scene where Jack is happy or expecting his hot date to arrive any minute, so he says "Hoo-ah." Isn't there a movie with Al Pacino where he says the same thing? It's from the 1990's and he's blind..... Scent of a Woman. I'm not about to rent it, but does anyone know if I'm right? Hoo-ah must be some generic term that's been around for ages. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I just think it's odd that it popped up in both. Or probably many others that I have not seen. I was born in the late 70's and wouldn't know. Thanks in advance.

the episode was aired on TV land in NY today. I think it was the one with Mr Angelino's daughter/CPR ....or any other aired today. I may have it saved on my DVR as I save only a few. I just don't have time to re-play all of them now... don't know why this hoo-ah thing is bugging me. thanks again

Well the movie quote is of course from Scent Of A Woman but I've seen every episode of TC dozens of times that I have them memorized and I don't remember Jack every saying "hoo-ah" at least not in the context that Al Pacino says it.

found it!!! It's the one where Larry invites Jack to go to a new singles bar, then Janet has a crush on the new bartender at the Rigo Begal and there's a big misunderstanding and he goes out with Terry.

Janet says "Wow-eee, look at you" and then Jack says "I just did. Larry's takin me to a new singles bar. Hoo-ah." It takes place within the first minute of the first scene. It must be some expression from that era (assuming the movie Scent of a Woman takes place in that era too) - it HAS to. What a weird similarity!!! "hoo-ah" what does it mean?

I've never seen the movie but I think it's just a random thing Pacino's character says when he's excited.

Interesting discovery on the episode since I was thinking back even further to the episode from season 1 "Roper's Niece" in the kitchen scene after Jack carefully pulls out Janet's cameo necklace he goes into the living room to see what Chrissy wants and Jack says "Sorry kid, you had your chance, hoo-ah!"

that's interesting too. Maybe Al Pacino was John Ritter's idol and he tried to emulate him a little, I mean if Al was doing that in his earlier movies when John was younger?
