Loved how Nell tried to pull the race card when she didn't get the job - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

This episode annoyed me because Nell was trying to say just because they didn't get the job the guy was a racist and had no proof. Then tried to file a complaint and saw that there were black men working at the company which made her look stupid

It all was because he preferred to hire men instead of women

I don't think he should have came out and said it but I believe a company should be able to hire any person they want to

BTW: Why the hell did Nell go to a job interview with a HAT on her head????????? LMAO

I have no idea why Nell was wearing at hat to the interview. However, I do remember that, after the man reveled the real reason why he would not hire Nell or Addie, Addie got all excited about the hell that the Congress of Determined Woman was going to put him through! Good for her!

My supervisor at my current job tells the woman we help find jobs don't wear a HAT to a interview like you are going to church LOL
