Question Which missing girl was this about? Jennifer Kesse

Several months ago I was watching one of the many shows on the ID channel (love that channel!) and can't remember the name of a missing girl that was profiled.

This missing girl was college-aged and at the end of the episode her car was taped by the parking lot security camera of it being parked by a stranger (probably the abductor). The weird thing here is that this security camera only took picture shots every few seconds (not like a video). After the stranger parked the missing girls' car, he walked behind a picket fence and the security camera footage only showed him as he was walking behind each picket on the fence and this persons face cannot be seen, only his legs as he was walking.

I know this sounds confusing, but if you saw this episode, you know what I'm talking about. I remember the girls' parents holding black and white photo stills from the security camera footage of the possible abductor and the frustration on their faces. If the abductor had only walked past that fence a second earlier or later, he would of been in plain view and his face could've been seen. Very weird timing and very frustrating for the parents and the police.

Yes!!!! That's the missing girl I'm talking about. That case creeps me out, I got goose bumps when I saw the picture of the suspect walking, hidden from that darn fence. It's just so weird how we can't see the face/head of the suspect because of it! Thanks for your help, TracyLynnS.

The fence thing is as 'bout as bad timing as it gets. I do have this case and it was profiled on Vanished with Beth Holloway on the ci channel. Not sure if it was ever on ID, though it may have. Here is the CP link

http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/..._jennifer.html

Jennifer felt unsafe in her condo complex as there were painters and workers there that she didn't get a good vibe off of. The segment said some of them would stare at her. The CP link says the person in the surveillance footage appears to be wearing clothing similar to what a painter would wear and I would have to agree with that. Not sure how extensively LE interviewed those workers, it definitely seems like one of them is responsible.
