Default ME TV

when they show THE FUGITIVE they always show the introduction that was on the show originally where an announcer says THE FUGITIVE-IN COLOR! Do they show any other shows with the original pre-opening announcement that the show is "IN COLOR"? I know they don't with BEWITCHED, I DREAM OF JEANNIE, THAT GIRL, THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES, and MY 3 SONS.

For some reason, both parts of the Batman episodes The Purrfect Crime/Better Luck Next Time have the In Color in tact on Me-TV. None of the other episodes seem to have it. Years ago, in the early 90s, it was common for Batman repeats to include this.

I know for The Mother's-in-Law, this is included.

They might have had some of those for Lost in Space and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. I'll keep an eye out.

And this isn't quite the same thing, but I'll mention that for Family Affair they do include a little introductory "Hi" segment for late episodes, one hosted by Sebastian Cabot and one by Johnnie Whitaker & Anissa Jones. Also the complementary closing ones.

Default Growing bored with MEtv Fast

Sorry, Guys and Gals, I am growing tired of the same programs over and over running on MEtv. The same programs every day, day after day.

I had high hopes for MEtv but the saturation factor is very high. I don't need to see the same programs every day at exactly the same times.

I do hope that MEtv reads these. Diversity is a good thing.

I seriously doubt that I can get bored watching some of those shows: Donna Reed, Dobie Gillis, My Three Sons, Family Affair, Gilligan's Island, Danny Thomas, Brady Bunch, Gomer Pyle....etc (and don't forget Antenna TV with Bewitched, Jeannie, Dennis The Menace, Burns and Allen, Jack Benny, Father Knows Best, Partridge Family, Monkees...)

If that's what you call boring, then I say bring it on, man! Put them on autopilot if you have to, I would give ANYTHING to watch them!

I am saying they could mix it up more instead of 5 days of exactly the same schedule. It's not like there isn't a ton to choose from.

I agree 100% Me-TV is my favorite station followed closely by Antenna TV which are really the only two channels I watch. I just wish they didn't block out shows for stupid local news

I can get all the news I want way too often on the main broadcast channels here.

we're two of the lucky ones in that our local affiliates carry the entire ME TV and ANTENNA TV schedules.

Yep. I would love to see F Troop but like last year, my affiliate doesn't air that timeslot. It's hard to get excited.
