Greetings to all fellow UM fans..
UM was popular here in Australia in the late 80s, and I have fond memories as a kid of of watching the show with my Nan on Saturday nights and being absolutely creeped out. All these years on and seeing some of the segments as an adult ...I'm still absolutely creeped out! There is one segment I'm trying to recall. I think it was more recent (from the 90s) and it involved a young person ( I think it was a teenage girl) who claims she was home alone when some intruders came in through the window. However, the twist was that the cops don't believe her and think she's lying (its not the Cindy James case BTW). Does this ring a bell with anyone? Or am I getting confused? |

You haven't gotten confused; that was indeed a UM segment. The girl's name was Sarah Powell. It first aired sometime around 1996. Here's a thread on it:http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/...d.php?t=269631 |
