I'm going with The Next Generation. I never saw the original in its' original run but I watched TNG in its' original run. The original is good but I'm going with TNG.

The only thing I would like to point out is. When they rebooted the franchise, it was Star Trek TOS that they went after and not TNG. And IMHO, they chose the right one.
