The Dick Van Dyke Show vs. Diagnosis Murder
They're both good shows but I prefer Diagnosis Murder, one of TV's most underrated shows.

Dick Van Dyke definitely. The show has me rolling with laughter. I do like crime dramas but I could never get into DM. I just love Dick Van Dyke. You just can go wrong with him and Mary Tyler Moore.

It's hard to compare a sitcom and a drama. And I love that Dick got to work with his son Barry on DM but I voted for TDVDS. It had one of the best casts ever assembled for a TV show. And it was written/produced by Carl Reiner one of the greatest comedy minds in TV history.
