I'm reading it right now! Has anyone else here read it?

I just finished it. Very interesting read. She loved to Swedish dishes for her loved ones and had an amazing sense of humor. Hard to believe that if she was still alive, she's be pushing 80 now.

I bought the book when it first came out, (in 2000) so its been awhile since I've read it--but I do remember a few details.
![]() Some aspects of her life were sad to read about (i.e. her lonely childhood, her distant parents, her secret marriage, broken love affairs, and the suicide attempts). That's cool that you read it. Nice to know there is a fellow Inger fan out there! I wish Sony would remaster and release The Farmer's Daughter again so more people can re-discover her, too! |

I like to collect TV guides from the show. Unfortunately, there wasn't much merchandise produced like there was for other TV series at the time. No coloring books, games, paper dolls, etc. like The Patty Duke Show or Petticoat Junction. Here's some more TV Guides from my collection.
