Reruns are our Friends

This is the third comment that I am posting during this sitting. The first was on the "Gimme a Break!" page and it was a response to a thread called "Favorite Season?". I was the first to reply to that thread. I am not sure how many of you know that but, after years of that show being out of circulation, a syndication network started showing reruns of it a little over a month ago. I am not sure what number the channel is or whether I even get it. It does not really matter to me because I have the whole series on DVDs imported from Canada. In any event, the rebroadcasting of this series have caused things to pick up a little bit on that page. After responding to that post, I went over to the "Mad About You" page and started a thread called "Syndication Channel". For quite a while, the "Mad About You" page has been a virtual dead zone! I have worked my fingers to the bones trying to think of ways to stimulate some conversation about that fine series! The vast majority of my efforts have been fruitless! In any event, my main reason for starting that thread was to tell my buddies there about my post on the "Gimme a Break!" page. Just like with "Gimme a Break!" it has been years since "Mad About You" has been on any of the regular syndication networks. On top of that, it has been years since any new DVDs have been made. Now we come to "Caroline in the City". To the best of my knowledge, this show has also not been shown in syndication for quite some time. On top of that, only two of the four seasons have been released on DVD and the second of them was several years ago. I would love to see the final two reasons released!
