Default Who else ONLY watches Christmas episodes during Xmas season???

this creates a HUGE problem for anyone who practices this crazy habbit like myself

example: I am on That 70's Show season 7 and I will not watch the Christmas episode until Xmas season. So I skip to the episode right after and BAM - the plot is based around the previous episode that I have no seen yet. I am going to force myself to wait a good 4 months now before I can finish the season because I only watch holiday episodes during holiday season. I'm a loser, what more can I say for an excuse?

who else is like this???

no you're not; I do the same thing. For instance this sunday ME TV is showing Christmas episodes on the ME TV SUNDAY SHOWCASE. I refuse to watch them.

It makes no difference to me. I celebrate Christmas and Easter every day because I celebrate Jesus and His death and Resurrection every day and the salvation He brought with that- so I am always happy to watch Christmas-themed episodes of TV shows. I also love watching Christmas movies and listening to Christmas carols and music all throughout the year.
It's okay if people don't like to do that of course- but for me, I love it any time of the year.

I love Christmas themed episodes and could watch them anytime! I could also listen to Christmas music all year long too. I love all the holiday themed episodes. I just watched ALF's Thanksgiving last night!

Cool

Before Christmas I go through my DVD collection and catalogue all the Christmas episodes so that I can watch them all during the Christmas season.

i wish they would show more holiday episodes when it isn't the holidays - some of them are good episodes, why should we have to wait for them?

I think the Christmas in July would be a good theme for syndicated shows

I don't feel the need to watch a christmas episode unless it's the holiday season. So I agree

by the time Christmas actually rolls around i am so tired of the holiday overkill I don't even feel like watching any more Christmas shows - i'd rather watch them without all the hoopla

I rent DVDs through the mail. and for several years in December I would load my ZIP list with Christmas themed sitcom episodes, then for New Years I would rent DVD music shows, such as Midnight Special to get in the party mood. Just like in November I rent war movies for the first 2 weeks and cartoons for the 2nd two weeks, to ease into the Christmas season.

I was METV before there was a METV!
