Chuck Berry is one of the greatest pioneers of rock and roll.

Unfortunately though he has "My-Ding-a-Ling" on his resume.

The good news is that Chuck has made so many classics, that "My Ding A Ling" can be overlooked. Dosent change the tragic fact, that "My Ding A Ling" is his sole number one song. Sad

Sure, Chuck's music is awesome. I'm always creeped out by that story of him recording women in the restroom though.

I don't even know how "My-Ding-a-Ling" had to be Chuck Barry's only #1 song. I thought it sounded stupid and laughable, and I know several radio stations refused to play it because of the perceived innuendo.

I work in the same town that Chuck Berry lives in. I have a friend that has known Chuck for many years. He's told me some crazy stories about him.
