In episode #43 of Gilligan's Island (The cast is making a silent movie with equipment they found in the lagoon) where is Thurston Howell pointing to on the map that is supposed to be the island ?

I think you're mistaking the second episode Home sweet hut!When Howell is pointing a map to where he's going to build his hut!In Castaway pictures presents!Mr.Howell is looking at a Skipper's drawing on the black board!(Where did they found a black board on that island?)That represented the USA's map!

No, I know what they mean. There's a map of North/South America.

The were all pointing to where the rescue party should start from in order to find them in the easiest possible way.

Mary Ann starts with Washington, D.C.
Professors starts with Peru.
Skipper wtarts with Hawaii.
Ginger starts with Hollywood.
Thurstond starts with Fort Knox.
