Default Samantha had a nasty attitude

I don't like how she sassed and undermined Nell at times. Katie and Julie were more respectable than that little bitch! I wanted to slap her at times.

The character doesn't normal for her age, almost like she a little special

Is she playing the role of a slow girl? LOL

And that's where she was missing her natural mother. She needed somone to really get in her ass! Her sisters at times should have told her to STFU! Sometimes she made Nell look like a failure.

I believe Samantha hit a new low in the episode "Baby of the Family", making Joey Donovan (Joey Lawrence) don blackface because she couldn't go on an unsupervised camping trip.

Yes she did. That was the episode that drove me to create this thread. She was a mess!

Samantha was way, way out of line in "Baby of the Family". This is related to my other post, but maybe Nell should have let the Chief spank Samantha for saying n#gg#r the way she did. Maybe it would have improved her attitude. At times Samantha acted like a spoiled brat. Perhaps the Chief had the right idea. She knew she was wrong the minute she said it. Look at the way Samantha looks at the Chief. She knows she's in trouble. Nell ends up blaming the ENTIRE incident on herself and the Chief. I'd like to see what the Chief would have done if he had known about the blackface incident. Samantha was too old to spank by this time, but he would have still given her quite the tongue-lashing. And yes, sometimes Samantha was stupid too. Taking off in the squad car is one such time. She could have killed herself. Also, didn't she know that she might get an even worse spanking for doing that in addition to saying the "N" word? I don't know if Nell was right or not to stop the Chief from punishing her.

Samantha seemed like she didn't care for Nell. Using the N word and the black face leads me to believes she's a racist, but I think she had an identity problem overall.
