Raul Esparza Upped To Regular on "Law & Order: SVU"
by THE DEADLINE TEAM Friday July 12, 2013 Raul Esparza is being bumped up to series regular on NBC’s "Law & Order: SVU". He plays Assistant DA Rafael Barba on the Wolf Films/Univeral Television drama, which returns for its 15th season beginning September 25 and stars shooting next week in New York.
