Watching the '51-'57 Collection For The First Time (HELP!) - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hi!

I'm watching these Lost Sketches for the first time and admittedly having a difficult time binge watching because some of the episodes are so long!

I was wondering if you all could help me out by telling me your favorite sketches by season. Let's say top five sketches per year.

The longer shows are generally regarded as the best. I would recommend the following:

"Letter to the Boss"
"This Is Your Life"
"Fortune Teller"
"Two Men on a Horse"
"Teamwork Beat the Clock"
"Kramden vs. Norton"
"Little Man Who Wasn't There"
"Peacemaker"
"One Big Happy Family"
"Boys and Girls Together"
"Principle of the Thing"

Thank you, Bill! I finished the whole series and ended up loving most of the episodes you listed. The '54-55 year was almost uniformly HYSTERICAL. In fact... I think that year may even be better than the Classic 39!

Definitely the strongest season of the "Lost Episodes," and should not be overlooked by fans of the Classic 39. Unfortunately, I've read a couple recent reviews on Amazon that dismiss the box set altogether based on the Pert Kelton shows.
