TBS :05 schedule - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I was just thinking about how TBS used to air their programs at five minutes aver the hour or half-hour. Does anyone know when they stopped doing this? I kinda miss it...for some reason it seemed to make it "special".

It really was a good strategy and it also made the channel stand out in the tv listings and defined the channel as a unique brand.

I believe they stopped their time thing, around 99 or 00. When they decided to be less superstation like and more USA Network-ish.
