These lists are (to me) rather pointless: how can one compare different genres (sitcoms, dramas, variety shows, etc.)?

Nodsmiley If we were talking the BEST of the BEST

I know the show won Emmies, Golden Globe Awards, Producers Guild of America Award, Screen Actors Guild Awards, Television Critics Association Awards, Writers Guild of America Awards, Humanitas Prize, and Peabody Award, but...

I would definitely award the show for

ALL TIME >>>

BEST TV SET DESIGN to the designer of Frasier's Apartment
OUTSTANDING LEAD ACTOR to Kelsey Grammer
OUTSTANDING SUPPORTING ACTOR to David Hyde Pierce
OUTSTANDING CASTING IN A SERIES to Frasier casting
OUTSTANDING WRITING IN A SERIES to the writing staff of Frasier
BEST COMIC DUO IN A SERIES to Kelsey Grammer and David Hyde Pierce
BEST COMEDIC TIMING to David Hyde Pierce
MOST ADORABLE COUPLE IN A SERIES to David Hyde Pierce and Jane Leeves

Did I leave anything out?

Question What about...

I was a little surprised that Happy Days didn't make the Entertainment Weekly list. It did run for 11 years. If Good Times and All in the Family made the list, why didn't Barney Miller? Dukes of Hazzard?

TV As a kid, I used to watch

the 1960's series Batman with Adam West and Burt Ward

The Incredible Hulk with Bill Bixby

Wonder Woman with Lynda Carter

What about Boy Meets World? (I heard Girl Meets World is supposed to come out this year with a few of the original cast in that).

Burn Notice didn't make their list either.

Any poll that has I Love Lucy all the way down at #11 and The Honeymooners at #20 shouldn't be taken seriously.

Yes, thank you. Three's Company (your avatar) should have made the list before some of these too.

No disrespect to those who love those shows, but I toast that comment.
