Default Damm Mabel was "overheated" and made it obvious she craving intimacy when the

guy came over to her house to study with her

Her big a$$ is sitting on the couch waiting for him to make a move and had no interest in studying.

This was a sad episode though since he was just using her so he could complete the course. But why did Mabel have to act like she was 14 in this episode? Very odd

Because she's divorced and hasn't had a man in her life for a while I suppose.

Remember how she got a bit of the love bug when the kids' dad stayed with them for a while, renting out that room.

That actor was the same dude who played Thelma's boyfriend who was a bigamist in Good Times.

No that actor played Edgar, Florida's rich cousin on Good times.

Thanks for the correction. I don't know why I was thinking of that actor. He did play the cop in the episode where Dee is supposedly missing.

No, he didn't. That was played by a younger actor from episode one. LOL. Percy Rodriguez played Tooodd in the Thanksgiving episode. This was one of my favorites.

I have the entire series on DVD. I may pull that one out tonight and look at it. She and the kids got him good to in the end. You don't be using somebody like that.

I can see why Mabel was attracted to him. Todd dressed like a sharp pimp. I'm put an outfit like that together...more or less. Not too 70's though. LOL. Mabel thought her milkshake was bringing the all the boys to the yard. LOL.

No, I meant the guy who played Thelma's bigamist boyfriend played the cop in the first episode where Raj wants to leave Dee with a babysitter. He later thinks she ran away so he calls his cop friend. That cop is played by that actor who was the bigamist boyfriend.
