Does anyone know how I can buy a copy of the Deluxe Edition of this cd with all of the bonus tracks? It isn't available on amazon and I can't find it in any of my local stores.

Thank you Pink, but I finally found a copy at Target. Target is pretty good for getting the deluxe editions of cd's.
