I don't think they look too much alike. Carl Winslow is quite a bit shorter than Uncle Phil. Uncle Phil's beard is also grayish and he's heavier. Uncle Phil also looks a few years older than Carl.

I know I don't see the resemblance myself but it was a funny scene I think it would of been cool see carl show up on fresh prince somehow someway

Why couden't they just had a crossover episode where uncle phil travels to chicago for a job meeting and accidently gets pulled over by officer carl winslow for driving too fast on the highway.

Uncle Phil and Carl Winslow have a few things in common like they eat alot of junk food and they get yelled at by their wives for no reason, but i can see the diff'rence between the two men in the height problem, Phil is 6 foot 5 and little guy carl winslow is 5 foot 8 he might be even shorter then that size lol.
