Default Do you have backup for these three things if they beakdown???

TV

Phone

Laptop/Computer

I have backup for my TV and Phone but not my computer. I thought I needed a new Laptop 2 days ago and was so lost and frustrated. So now that I was able to get it fixed I need to make a plan to buy another laptop very soon.

I don't want to be in a situation again where something happens to the computer and I have no internet access at all. How many other people have no backup if their PC breaks down?

No to all 3. I thought my computer was finished a couple weeks ago. I couldn't get any picture on my screen. If that happens I'll probably be gone for awhile.

That happened to my screen a few years ago and I had to take it to a repair shop.

My goal is to have a new laptop by the start of football season. I no longer want to be A$$ OUT if something happens to my primary computer lol

And the purpose of the backup would be to buy me some time before I buy a new computer.........."The next day

Yes to all. I bought a new laptop about 2 months ago and I hardly use it because I absolutely hate Window 8.

Yes, we have several TVs.

No, unless I borrow the wife's, or visa versa.

Yes, I have an older PC that I sometimes use
for older games.

I'm working on it. Since losing all my possessions in my storage unit, it's going to take some time. I don't even have one PC, I'm online through my phone.

Phone: I have a landline and a cell. That frickin' landline has gotta go ($$$).

TV: I have a second TV, a Sansui with a digital tuner I bought at Aldi for around $100. This replaced my old 1990s Panasonic, which now collects dust in the basement -- but I kept that (because I could still use it for DVDs and VHS hookups).

Computer: No backup. My Dell once crashed on me bigtime, but they sent me a disc at no charge and got me back up.
