Off the top of my head:
*Fred Freiberger, if only for his reputation as being a "show killer"

*Brenda Hampton (7th Heaven and The Secret Life of the American Teenager)

*Miller-Boyett Productions - Their shows arguably haven't aged very well and were when you get right down to it, quite often cheesy and cliched

*Chuck Lorre

Chuck Lorre and Brenda Hampton are everything that's wrong with their particular genres of TV.

HOWEVER, 7th Heaven makes for a pretty fantastic comedy.
