45 years ago; Aretha Franklin Hit #1 on the Soul Chart with "Chain of Fools"
Hey guys,
45 years ago, Aretha Franklin better known as "The Queen of Soul" scored her 4th #1 Hit on the R&B/Soul Chart with a song written by Don Covay It's called "Chain of Fools" The song spent 4 weeks @ #1 on the Soul Chart and the song peaked @ #2 on the Pop Chart and it was her 5th Top 10 Pop Single and her 4th Single to Hit Gold and now here it is: "The Queen of Soul" Aretha Franklin and Chain of Fools Check it out! |
