This is similar to what Nick at Nite did in 1996 when RHODA aired at 10:30 after Mary. The line was "Classic TV neighbours together again".

MeTV is already airing a promo for the series -- but unless I missed her, Valerie Harper wasn't in the commercial...! I guess they're saving her for the next one.

I can still remember back when this series had its debut. In fact, I really only remember Valerie from Rhoda (as far as primetime viewing), as my memories of The Mary Tyler Moore Show are from the seasons following her departure.
