"Burn Notice" Scoop: Look Who's Returning! -- EXCLUSIVE

"Burn Notice" is bringing back a familiar face in its final season.

EW has learned exclusively that Garret Dillahunt will reprise his role as Simon Escher, the psychotic rogue operative who was responsible for committing the crimes Michael was burned for, on the USA drama in an episode set to air this summer.

Dillahunt, who currently plays Burt Chance on Fox’s "Raising Hope", was last seen in season 4′s 'Hard Time'. In his upcoming appearance, the audience will find the unpredictable Simon NOT inside the maximum security prison where he has spent the past years.

The big question: Who let him out?
